Minimal data, no profiling, and analytics hosted by CoderStudio. This English version is a translation; the Polish version is binding.
Version 1.0 · Effective September 11, 2026
§ 1. Data controller and contact
The controller of data associated with coderstudio.pl is CoderStudio, NIP 646-250-94-51, REGON 243452136.
For privacy matters, you can use the contact form on the homepage. For security reasons, the email address that receives submissions is not published on the website.
§ 2. In-house visitor analytics
The website uses its own analytics system, which runs on its hosting infrastructure. It does not use Google Analytics or an external analytics platform for this purpose.
Only aggregate daily counts are recorded, covering the page visited, referral source or UTM campaign tag, country, approximate region and city, and general device and browser categories.
IP addresses, full User-Agent headers, persistent identifiers, and individual users’ browsing histories are not stored in the analytics database. Location data is provided locally by the OVH hosting environment and is approximate.
The legal basis for processing aggregate data is CoderStudio’s legitimate interest in assessing content popularity and website effectiveness and detecting technical issues. Statistics are retained for no more than 24 months.
§ 3. Contact form
Information you voluntarily provide through the form is used to respond, prepare a proposal, and conduct further correspondence about your inquiry.
To protect the form from abuse, each submission also includes an IP address and browser information. Technical data used for anti-spam limits is deleted automatically, and copies of submissions are subject to limited retention.
Messages are delivered through Brevo’s transactional email service. Do not send passwords, API keys, or system access credentials through the form.
§ 4. Technical logs and hosting
Like most web servers, OVH’s infrastructure may keep technical request logs that include, among other things, IP addresses, requested URLs, response times, browser types, and error information. These logs are used for security, diagnostics, and service maintenance.
§ 5. Cookies
The public website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or profiling. A short-lived technical session cookie may be used when submitting the form to prevent repeated submissions.
The private analytics administration panel uses a separate, essential session cookie solely to maintain a secure administrator login.
§ 6. Rights and updates
To the extent that the information processed constitutes personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, or erase it; restrict its processing; object to its processing; and lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
This policy may be updated in response to functional or legal changes. The current version is effective from September 11, 2026.
